The Bronze Level Course voucher is a wonderful gift for someone that really wants to learn Pole Dance and reap the fitness benefits.

Taster Lesson Gift Voucher – £10

The Teaser Class is an hour and a half long and works well as a fab one-off lesson.  If you’re not quite confident enough to commit to joining a full  Pole Dancing Course, the Teaser Class is a great way to ‘dip your toes in the water’ first!
After a warm up and stretches, you will learn 3 Beginner Level spins, 2 Poses and a bunch of transition moves which we will link together in a routine at the end.
