The next available course at Frodsham starts on Friday the 2nd of April, from 6-7pm. To book, please pay a deposit in advance and email me to confirm your place. The rest can be settled on the day.
It is a one hour long class, once a week, for 6 weeks whilst you learn your technique. After that, you have the option to do a ‘Drop-In’ class at any or all of the venues weekly to keep your training and strength up and prepare you for the next level, OR if you feel confident enough, you can go straight to the next level.
I also sell the poles for your home too so you can even practise at home if you like. The are cheaper than most home exercise equipment and tend NOT to depreciate in value too much either – just in case you bought one and fouund you weren’t using it much – you could sell it and still get most of your money back, so DEFINATELY worth a purchase!
Not a problem, all done.
You have noticed the Silver Level is now split into two yes? Once the 4 weeks is up – it’s just a matter of practise for as long as you and the others feel necessary and then we will put on the second half when you are ready. You may even be ready straight away….who knows?! But for now….we will just take it at a casual pace, no pressure – just FUN!
See you on the 2nd!

Is it just a once-weekly class for 6 weeks? How long are the classes? :)
