The Ocean Tanning & Fitness Spa is an all-ladies gym situated in Queensferry. The gym's facilities include high quality exercise machines and toning tables, sunbeds and showers — they also have a resident spray tan specialist and a massage therapist.

The staff are all friendly and very helpful too, and there is a car park available just opposite the gym. Best of all, there is a big enough practice room — where we have 5 X-Poles permenantly set up and ready to use!

(B) Buckley Dance Academy

21 Mold Road, Buckley, Flintshire CH7 2JA

The Academy Dance Hall is located opposite the Black Horse Pub. It is only about 100 yards from the Buckley Swimming Baths. It has a huge car park and a licensed bar in the hall.

The dance hall consists of three separate halls which can be opened up into one, with a terrific wooden sprung dance floor, tables and seating along both sides of the hall, and there is a large stage at the front of the main hall...with great sound and lighting.
