Pole Dancing Courses
Bronze Level
The Bronze Level course is 6 weeks long and held on Sundays from 3pm-4.30pm @ The Ocean Gym, OR Tuesdays from 7pm-8:30pm @ The Buckley Dance Academy. There will be a full warm-up and stretching programme at the start of each lesson.

You will also be given some homework comprising of moves that can be practiced at home without a pole. This will improve your posture, grace and general confidence in your ability and saves precious lesson time for you to focus on your pole work. The homework is by no means compulsory, but you will get better value for money if you use your lesson time wisely.

Silver Level
The Silver Level course is 8 weeks long and held on Sundays from 4.30pm-6pm at The Ocean Gym. There will be a full warm-up and stretching programme at the start of each lesson.

You will also be given some information detailing which exercises are good for strength-building, to assist your pole work. More upper body strength is usually required for this more advanced pole course, if you currently don’t exercise much. Otherwise, please use these notes as a guide to complement your current gym regime.
