Do I need to be physically fit?
No. All kinds of people can benefit from pole dancing regardless of size/shape/tone. Good physical fitness is something we aim to work towards and not necessarily start off with!
Am I too old/young?
Unfortunately, I don’t teach under 18’s or over 65’s to pole dance.
What should I wear?
Shorts and vest top or t-shirt are best as skin contact with the pole helps you grip better. Trainers, ballet pums and jazz shoes are the best footwear but for a real pole dance experience feel free to wear your sexiest heels!
What should I bring?
You might like to bring a towel (a small one), water and a camera.
I think I’m too big for it…..?
Please! I don’t even want to get into how beautifully bigger girls can move while pole dancing!
